What will be by definition be my best show of the year, as it was me playing all my favourite singles from 2013.  Not much of a mystery as I did tweet all of these songs during the month of December.  To be honest any of the top 4 could have been number 1, but there always has to be a winner.

This year, The Pastels released their first album since 1997, this band was there during the start of the C86-twee movement back in the mid-80s.  Apart from the great song that I played from the album, I also have a link below to the great video that really has a great feel to it.  The rest of the show consisted of me trying to clear out a lot of music before the end of the year.

In a rare move I started out with an electro/funky set which started with my top song of the week, a band that played Osheaga that I didn't know about at the time I went to the festival.  I also got to play a song by a band with one of the best names out there "Throw That Beat In The Garbagecan!" , the song is also pretty good.

For the first time this year I went to the Osheaga festival in Montreal, I had heard about it for many years and it was great, I would recommend it to anyone.  I did a lot of talking during the show to recap all my impressions of the festival.  I couldn't play all the bands that played, but touched on most of the ones that I saw which impressed me.
